If you believe your product is defective, please send an email to support@darkroom.au detailing your order number and reasons for your complaint. Any written request for a refund must be received by us within 14 days of you, the customer, receiving your order.

Lifetime members get permanent access to every product in the Darkroom store — including all future updates and additions — for as long as the Darkroom platform exists.

For You Only: Your access is connected to your account and can’t be shared, sold, or transferred. This license only covers use under a single brand — it doesn’t extend to parent companies or subsidiaries.

Covers Store Items: Lifetime access applies only to products available through the Darkroom store. It doesn’t automatically include other releases like collaborations, custom projects, or standalone offerings unless specifically noted.

As Long as We’re Running: Access lasts for the lifetime of the Darkroom platform. If we ever need to retire or restructure the store due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, certain products may be changed or discontinued.

Respect the License: Assets are provided for your own creative or commercial use under Darkroom’s license terms — reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.

The orders placed on darkroom.au are digital products. Therefore, the products in the order are delivered immediately after purchase. The customer gets access to the product they ordered immediately after payment. Thus, there is no postal shipment or specific delivery time (unless otherwise specified).
